If any item shows signs of use or damage, we may reject the return and send it back to you.
2. Valid Reasons for Return

For any product issue after delivery, warranty claims must be made directly through the official brand service center.
3. Refund Policy

After 10 days, the refund amount depends on the current market price:

4. Online Payment Refunds
If you cancel your online order (via Debit/Credit Card, Easypaisa, or JazzCash) before shipment, your payment will be refunded within 7 working days after verification.

5. Product Replacement Policy
Once a product has been delivered, replacement does not apply. Every order goes through strict quality checks before dispatch.

Each product includes an official manufacturer warranty, handled directly by the brand’s authorized service centers.
Our support team assists customers with guidance and warranty claim procedures, ensuring a smooth service experience.
