1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, please make sure:

• The product remains unused, unwashed, and in perfect condition.

• All original tags, accessories, manuals, and warranty cards are included.

• The product is returned in its original and undamaged packaging.

If any item shows signs of use or damage, we may reject the return and send it back to you.

2. Valid Reasons for Return

You can request a return in the following cases:

• The product arrived damaged, broken, or malfunctioning.

• You received an incorrect or incomplete item.

• You need to exchange a product due to model or brand difference (subject to approval).

Bit Electronics deals only in brand-new, original, and sealed products.
For any product issue after delivery, warranty claims must be made directly through the official brand service center.

3. Refund Policy

We follow a transparent and fair refund process to make sure our customers feel secure when shopping online.

Refund Guidelines

• Returns approved within 10 days of purchase qualify for a full refund based on the original invoice.

• After 10 days, the refund amount depends on the current market price:

  • If the market price decreases, the refund will adjust accordingly.

  • If the market price increases, the refund will remain the same as your original purchase price.

4. Online Payment Refunds

If you cancel your online order (via Debit/Credit Card, Easypaisa, or JazzCash) before shipment, your payment will be refunded within 7 working days after verification.

5. Product Replacement Policy

Once a product has been delivered, replacement does not apply. Every order goes through strict quality checks before dispatch.

We guarantee that all our appliances are 100% original, brand new, and box packed when shipped.

6. Warranty Policy

Bit Electronics proudly partners with top brands such as GREE, Haier, Dawlance, Orient, Ecostar, TCL, and Nasgas.
Each product includes an official manufacturer warranty, handled directly by the brand’s authorized service centers.

Our support team assists customers with guidance and warranty claim procedures, ensuring a smooth service experience.

Please note that Bit Electronics does not process or fulfill warranty claims directly.
